About CEO AI™

CEO AI™ is provided by Yannah Rose as part of The CEO Digital Lab and CEO Society™ mentorship. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored and managed when you authenticate with and use CEO AI™.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use CEO AI™, we may process information including your name, email address, authentication account identifier, CEO Society™ membership status and membership access information.

CEO AI™ may also store business information you choose to provide or ask to be saved, including business context, goals, decisions, actions, progress updates, memories and document references.

How we use your information

We use this information to authenticate you, confirm your access to CEO AI™, provide personalised business support, maintain your private member context across interactions, support the delivery of CEO Society™, protect the service from unauthorised access and troubleshoot or improve the service.

Authentication and access

Private CEO AI™ features require authentication. Access is linked to the authenticated member and their CEO Society™ membership status. CEO AI™ is designed so that members can access only the private business context associated with their own authenticated account.

Service providers and data sharing

We use service providers to operate CEO AI™, including OpenAI for the ChatGPT and plugin experience, Supabase for authentication, database and backend infrastructure, and Vercel for website hosting.

Information may be processed by these providers where necessary to deliver their services. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain account, membership and business context information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide CEO AI™, administer CEO Society™, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and protect the security of the service.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is held. Where information is no longer required, it will be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. You may also ask us to stop retaining particular optional business context within CEO AI™.

Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate business, security or legal purposes.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect member information, including authenticated access and member-specific database access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so members should avoid providing information that is not necessary for the business support they require.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where applicable, we rely on the safeguards provided by those service providers and applicable data protection mechanisms.
