About CEO AI™

CEO AI™ is an AI-powered strategic business support tool provided by Yannah Rose as part of The CEO Digital Lab and CEO Society™ mentorship.

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of CEO AI™. By accessing or using CEO AI™, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and access

Private CEO AI™ features are intended for authorised users and require successful authentication. Access to member-specific CEO Society™ features may also require an active CEO Society™ membership.

Access may be restricted or withdrawn where membership or entitlement ends, where authentication requirements are not met, or where access is being misused.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and authentication credentials. You must not share passwords, authentication codes or access intended specifically for you with another person.

Your business information

You may choose to provide CEO AI™ with information about your business, goals, decisions, actions, progress and other relevant context. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is appropriate to share and that you have the right to provide it.

You should avoid providing unnecessary sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal or confidential third-party information.

AI-generated information

CEO AI™ is designed to support business thinking, strategy and implementation. AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your particular circumstances.

You remain responsible for reviewing information and making your own business decisions. CEO AI™ does not replace Yannah Rose, professional judgement or specialist advice where specialist expertise is required.

Professional advice

CEO AI™ does not provide medical, legal, accounting, tax, regulatory or other regulated professional advice. Where an issue requires specialist advice, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access another member's private information, bypass authentication or membership controls, interfere with the security or operation of CEO AI™, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

Intellectual property

CEO AI™, The CEO Digital Lab, the CEO Shift Method™, associated frameworks, resources, methodologies, written materials and original training and mentoring content are owned by or licensed to Yannah Rose unless otherwise stated.

Access to CEO AI™ does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property. You may use the service and resources made available to you for your own authorised business use, but you must not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell or commercially exploit protected materials without permission.

Third-party services

CEO AI™ relies on third-party technology and infrastructure, including OpenAI, Supabase and Vercel. Your use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, change or temporarily suspend parts of CEO AI™ where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, development or changes to third-party services.

We do not guarantee that CEO AI™ will always be available without interruption or error.

Limitation of responsibility

CEO AI™ is provided as a business support tool. To the extent permitted by law, Yannah Rose is not responsible for business losses or decisions arising solely from reliance on AI-generated output without appropriate review and judgement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Ending access

Access to member-specific CEO AI™ features may end when your CEO Society™ membership or other applicable entitlement ends. Unauthorised or abusive use may also result in access being restricted or removed.

Changes to these terms
